As the Site IT Business Expert, you will be the point of contact for the OT applications at the respective manufacturing facility for all OT related requests, questions, and issues. You will also be responsible for the lifecycle management of all OT applications and infrastructure while driving continual improvements, data analytics, and acts as the backup to the site SIM. This position is the 2nd level escalation point in Fort Worth, Texas! Key Responsibilities: Lead all aspects of end-to-end integration of Infrastructure services delivered to manufacturing site including Operations, Projects, Application Engineering, and Application Infrastructure Portfolio. Coordination of multiple project priorities and deadlines from the manufacturing site and ITCI. Drive utilization of real time data analytics to drive facility efficiencies. Drive collaboration with EUX / IT Function organizations identification/ exploitation of opportunities and synergies at site level. Take accountability to ensure alignment with Security and Compliance policies. Ensure that incidents/service requests are followed up and solved appropriately and root cause is identified (when appropriate). Handle the lifecycle of incidents and minimize their adverse impact on business operations. Identify potential improvement areas for system/application and connected services. Maintain asset lifecycle/inventory management data in ServiceNow. Liaise with site IT Head to deliver business requests, providing early input into the infrastructure planning and budgeting process as needed. Collaborates with site IT Head to understand current IT services, processes, roles while supporting communication of infrastructure policies to the site and management of expectations. Facilitate service problem resolution and establish lines of communication for business notification of system status, especially escalation paths in case of business-critical system outages. Responsible for risk management, OS remediation (planning and execution), virtualization and vulnerability/patch management. Key Requirements/Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school 10 yrs; Assoc. 6 yrs; M.S. 0 yrs). The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English. 2 Years of Relevant Experience. Preferred Requirements: Understanding of manufacturing processes within a regulated environment. Knowledge of Tableau and Alteryx is a plus. Handles 24x7 operations and ability to work a flexible schedule. Ability to participate in on call rotation.
