Mondelez International USA is seeking a highly skilled Consumer Data Analyst to work within a cross-functional team and agency network to collect, manage, and analize valuable consumer data. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in consumer data platforms, data collection, data management, business intelligence, and quantitative analysis. The primary goal of this role is to increase digital media ROI across the organization by improving media effectiveness. This individual will work within a cross-functional team reporting the Senior Manager, Consumer Data Activation, USA. Responsibilities: Manage a cross-functional team and agency network in data collection, data management, and data analysis. Analyze and interpret consumer data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities across the entire consumer journey for our brands and categories. Conduct quantitative analysis and provide insights to identify trends, insights, and opportunities across the entire consumer journey. Use business intelligence tools to provide insights and recommendations for business decisions. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop and implement data collection and management plans. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor and measure the effectiveness of data-driven initiatives. Stay up to date on industry trends, consumer behavior, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and competitive advantage. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency. Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations. Be an ambassador of consumer data agenda, actively coach and democratise expertise across the marketing community and beyond. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Digital Marketing, or related field 5 years of experience in consumer data activation, consumer data strategy development, quantitative analysis, and business intelligence. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners. Experience with data analytics tools and platforms. Understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics. Strong leadership skills and ability to lead and mentor a team of data professionals. Strong knowledge of data privacy and security regulations. Experience in driving digital media ROI improvements across the organization. If you are an experienced Consumer Data Analyst looking for an exciting new challenge in the snack food manufacturing industry, we encourage you to apply for this position. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $91,000 to $136,500; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. The salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
