Location: This is a hybrid position based in Emeryville, CA with expectations of in-office time minimum twice a week. How you will contribute You will: Implement and create accurate reports, models, dashboards, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and other analytic tools, including ad hoc analysis, creating visibility to our supply chain, with very high degree of skill, ease, independence, and technical knowledge. Demonstrate ability to incorporate new data sources and business processes into accurate analysis with ease and efficiency, incorporating new technologies, as needed / is relevant. Issue appropriate communication of work, including timeliness, distribution, communication vehicle, etc. Proactively collaborate and build strong relationships with IT and Supply Chain teams to deeply understand the teams’ processes, systems, and business needs, exhibiting mastery of identifying impacted stakeholders. Implement and identify ‘continuous’ improvement opportunities & ‘step change’ improvements in analysis, governance approaches and all areas of work, including: identifying optimal data sources, implementing optimal analytic tools/ software, information gathering, appropriate analysis distribution, relevant governance models, the documentation of these processes, evolving analysis to utilize recent technology upgrades, and in other areas. Demonstrate strong technical expertise, process understanding, and communication skills such that this role is a resource to mentor and advise other analysts on technical tools, process, and general analytic best practices. You will bring experience and knowledge in: Demonstrated experience with ERP / Supply Chains / data warehouses, and at least 6 years of in-depth experience creating analytic visualizations and summaries, based on complex data sources, utilizing the following tools: MS Excel, MS Power BI, and DAX, as well as an ERP system, like SAP. Quickly understand and anticipate the needs of stakeholders, successfully translating that into relevant analysis / analytic tools and implementing appropriate, audience-relevant communications. Highly proficient at seeking out information (being curious!), consistently demonstrating a strong commitment to data and analytics integrity, achieving results, and a process-oriented approach to analysis. Demonstrated understanding of the intricacies and interconnectedness of data to systems to business processes, across various teams, and the ability to proactively translate data across the Extract, Transform and Load process, from the business process, through the business application, and through to the data warehouse / data model. Results-oriented, well organized, and attentive to details, with the ability to complete assignments timely and accurately, juggling multiple projects and shifting priorities as needed. Communicate frequently and proactively with key stakeholders, managing analytic deliverables as projects, creating specific timelines, identifying stakeholders, communication plans, defined requirements, etc. for these deliverables, consistently meeting or exceeding deliverable expectations. Demonstrate a solid, working knowledge of manufacturing and supply chain processes. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $92,800 to $139,200; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. The salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results. Work schedule: This is a full time, hybrid position with 2 days per week minimum in office.
