Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Field Supervisor to join our team. The Field Supervisor will oversee and manage construction projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently and within budget. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a background in construction management.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate construction projects from start to finish
- Manage project and ensure schedule targets are met
- Review and interpret construction plans and blueprints
- Implement and enforce safety regulations, including OSHA standards
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other team members
- Conduct/participate in regular site visits to monitor progress and quality of work
- Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during construction
- Provide guidance and support to field staff
Skills:
-Strong HVAC experience is a plus
- Experience with contract management
- Strong knowledge of construction management principles
- Familiarity with software for project scheduling
- Skill in reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols
- Proven experience in supervising construction projects
