Responsibilities:
- Provide engaging and effective Math instruction to students
- Create lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational standards
- Assist students in understanding complex Mathematical concepts
- Conduct one-on-one tutoring sessions to support student learning
- Utilize instructional design techniques to enhance the learning experience

Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in elementary school math
- Experience in classroom management and tutoring
- Ability to have fun. introduce math in new and inspiring ways
- Passion for Mathematics and a desire to inspire students
- Familiarity with instructional design principles
