Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Responsible for building a well-trained team which is passionate about safety, quality, efficiency, and company success
· Utilize PLEX and mobile scanners to accurately maintain inventory and complete orders
· Knowledge and implementation of SQF, GMP’s, SOP’s, and HACCP, and other food process sanitation requirements.
· Meet or exceed company expectations for production performance to maximize sales
· Coordinate daily shipments for pick-up and delivery utilizing Appointment Plus software
· Establish and coordinate schedule with carrier
· Ensure products are pulled and prepared for shipment, ensuring that the exact number and type of product is loaded and shipped
· Maintain records of inventory at offsite storage warehouse
· Creates and maintains daily inventory report
· Completes documentation such as pick lists, bills of lading, work orders and shipping orders using computer-based technology
· Efficiently stack and store the product in the appropriate areas.
· Working in freezer pulling orders.
· Daily, inspect and perform minor maintenance on the forklift or other equipment.
· Properly utilize labor resources to improve efficiency, minimize labor expense and reduce waste
· Maintain the facility’s equipment and materials in a neat, clean, and orderly fashion.
· Keep appropriate records and reports to guarantee that tight inventory control and security are maintained. Assist in physical inventories. Ensure proper stock rotation.
· Ensure proper location scanning of all products in the freezer to maximize efficiency, ensure proper control of inventory and eliminate inventory adjustments
· Move product to storage locations.
· Efficiently move product from staging and/or storage areas into trailers.
· Move, stack, and stage product and materials using a forklift, electric pallet jacks, or other power equipment.
· Operate all equipment in a safe and efficient manner following prescribed work methods.
· Provide outstanding customer service to our partners
· Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage. Report and quantity or quality variances to Shipping Manager.
· Ensure full rotation of products to insure first in, first out

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:
· Must be willing to work weekends when needed
