U.S. Security Care, Inc. is Hiring a Director of Operations Near Blue Bell, PA

SALARY RANGE: $90,000 - $110,000

Reporting to the President, plans, directs and coordinates activities relating to the protection, safeguarding and security of client assets. Ensures that all client engagements are properly staffed. Ensures that established goals and objectives are accomplished with prescribed priorities, time limitations and with fiscal responsibilities; advises, makes recommendations, assists in the formulation of goals and objectives; designs, implements and monitors security policies, procedures and programs; complies with federal, state and local legal regulations; and exercises independent judgment in the course of carrying out overall responsibilities and other activities as assigned.JOB FUNCTIONS
Plans, examines, analyzes, evaluates and supervises regional security operations, inclusive of physical security assets and security personnel; prepares reports and records for executive management team; evaluates current procedures, practices and precedents for accomplishing company activities and functions relative to security; identifies and resolves security related client problems; develops and implements alternative methods for security operation improvement; coordinates activities within outside details; prepares periodic budget estimate and reports; orders supplies and equipment as needed; reviews financial reports to ensure security operation efficiency and quality control; develops risk mitigation programs, directly supervises security personnel; performs audits of security related performance and conducts physical surveys of client premise security, including security equipment condition;May conduct, supervise and prepare preliminary reports relating to internal investigations of any losses or violations of company regulations, policies and procedures; manages security training of asset protection agents; assists in preparation of emergency management and contingency planning; serves as company’s liaison with public law enforcement, fire and other agencies as it relates to the delivery of security services to clients; and performs other activities as assigned.Directs and coordinates, through subordinate and/or contract personnel, company activities and security functions, utilizing knowledge of established policies, procedures and practices; initiates personnel actions such as recruitment, selections, transfers, promotions and discipline or dismissal measures; resolves work grievances or submits unsettled grievances to Human Resources and Administration or other company corporate officer for action; prepares work schedules; assigns or delegates responsibilities; provides work directives; resolves problems; sets deadlines to ensure completion of operational security functions; interprets and disseminates company policies to subordinate personnel; and evaluates employee performance; may be required to stand posts or perform other security related functions.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
ACT 235, Five (5) years Law Enforcement Experience with at least Two (2) years in a supervisory/leadership role, or Senior NCO (E-5 or better) Military MP or Security Forces, Must possess or be able to obtain all State licensing requirements, Bachelor Degree in Criminal Justice or related field from an accredited college/ university. HIGHLY DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS
Master’s Degree in Criminal Justice or related field; completed a recognized Police Supervisor Training Program, 3-5 years of Operations Management Experience in a Protective Environment, One or more professional industry designation such as (CPP) Certified Protection Professional.
