Summary/Objective
Seeking a passionate and talented individual looking to accelerate their career by assisting USOP with RCM analytics and reporting. As our fast-paced management services organization (MSO) in the Orthopedic space continues to grow so will the RCM department.The position will report directly to the VP of RCM.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.

• Review financial month end close results in partnership with finance and accounting team, while proactively highlighting and resolving RCM issues and opportunities.
• Produce business entity RCM KPI dashboards and reporting with insightful commentary for leadership to take action.
• Develop, define, and measure RCM KPIs. Build and use data analytics to investigate and understand key RCM drivers, leading to recommendations for business improvements.
• Ensure accuracy of analysis and compliance with all standards and processes.
• Work with Business Intelligence tools and develop dashboard/metric reporting as needed.

Requirements

• Graduated from Accredited College or University with BA, BS or higher degree(s)
• 3-5 years of finance, accounting, RCM and/or related data analysis experience required.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel required.
• Healthcare and RCM experience preferred.
• Experience with SQL, PowerBI, Tableau, SmartSheet, PowerPivot, VBA Macros, and other technical systems a plus
