U.S. LUMBER GROUP is Hiring a Technical Sales Specialist Near Duncan, SC

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Cultivate and grow customer relationships with face-to-face and virtual interactions.
  • Educate and train our dealers on our digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with Inside Sales and Account Management teams to accomplish key business initiatives utilizing our digital assets with the goal of growing digital engagement and sales.
  • Track and report your efforts while suggesting areas of interest from dealer interactions.
  • Participate and assist in strategic projects related to expanding the digital sales channel as we work to grow digital engagement and sales.

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:

  • Highly developed communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with team members, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and logically to troubleshoot technical issues.
  • The capacity to adapt to changing technology landscapes and business requirements.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • A customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality support services

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • College degree
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience may be substituted for educational requirement.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
  • Not a comprehensive list of duties. Duties may change without notice in management’s sole discretion.
