U.S. Legal Support is Hiring a Document Specialist Near Houston, TX

Are you detail - oriented, problem solver, and team player? Do you enjoy working closely with others and thrive under pressure?
U.S. Legal Support seeks a Case Manager with internal personal skills, an excellent communicator and has organizational skills. The Case Manager/Depository Coordinator serves as a liaison between all counsel and the internal group of employees working on the litigation and may communicate directly with all counsel, internal staff, and all other parties pertinent to a case.

Case Manager Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for creating and maintaining client user profiles within our online Document Depository platform
  • Establishing new cases, reviewing/uploading daily deposits that include strict same-day deadlines, and troubleshooting the requests from a group of clients consisting of law firms, attorneys, paralegals, legal assistants, expert witnesses, and/ or various third parties.
  • Manage resources to specific performance expectations to create an engaged an accountable workforce that delivers a superior client experience
  • Collaborate with supervisor to provide regular and ongoing communication
  • Dependent upon the case/client, the Case Manager may also be required to perform or share the following duties (Client Services and Calendar Manager):
    1. Utilize all available information to assign most appropriate resources to every job
    2. Respond to urgent client and resource requests outside normal business hours
    3. Build and nurture working relationships with all area service resources
    4. Proactively manage jobs in progress to ensure resource partner turn-in by applying best practices
  • Partner with Sales to ensure client satisfaction
  • Actively demonstrate company values
  • Consult with Production for Deliverables; Rough Drafts, Exhibits, Transcripts and Video
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements
All you need to be a Case Manager, is 3 to 5 year of relevant experience and a high school diploma. Litigation support experience is a bonus!
