- Light construction work.
- Monitors and reports any facility needs/repairs.
- Must be able to Climb ladders.
- Must be able to use a measuring tape.
- Must be able to move heavy objects such as furniture and desk.
- Must be able to patch holes.
- Clean parking lot as needed.
- Must be able to patch sheet rock as needed.
- Must be able to change ceiling tiles.
- Takes immediate action to correct all damage issues.
- Coordinates with Director of Building Operations on staying after hours if a contractor is staying late to complete work.
- Must be able to wash cars as asked.
- Assign additional tasks as needed.
- Minimum base $20-25 hourly.
