SALES TERRITORY REPRESENTATIVE
Exciting Travel Opportunity with Company Vehicle and Expenses Paid
FULL TIME POSITION
Seeking a highly organized, self-motivated, and driven individual with a minimum of 2 years retail or merchandising experience with a minimum of 1 year experience in the retail and wholesale industry. Retail work history within the welding/tool wholesale industry is preferred.
The individual will be responsible for servicing a geographic territory including but not limited to Houston, East Texas and Louisiana. They will be assigned an existing customer base where they will be expected to maintain and grow relationships by setting stores and increasing sales within current accounts. The sales representative in this position will have the opportunity to build and grow their customer base into their own territory.

Requirements
The Territory Sales Representative will be responsible for:

Calling on and servicing established retail customers. Including, but not limited to

• Ordering
• Setting up new departments
• Keeping the K-T display successfully merchandised
• Showing new items
• Demonstrating Items
• Attending grand openings

• Travel 80% with overnight travel 3-4 nights a week

Working with Regional Sales Manager to develop sales strategies and meet year end goals

Help identify trends and potential new products.

Complete Administrative Tasks Including but not limited to:

• Completing Calendar Protocol
• Expense Reporting
• CRM
• Keeping Contacts updated

REQUIREMENTS

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong time management skills
• Highly Organized and Self Motivated
• High school diploma required and bachelor's degree preferred
• A clean and valid driver's license
• Good Credit
• Personal motivation for success
• Computer proficiency Including word, excel, and social media programs
• Minimum of 1 year merchandising Experience in wholesale industry
• Minimum of 2 years Sales experience
• Marketing Experience preferred
• Strong ability to prioritize and problem solve
