U.S Belt is looking for an outgoing, fun-loving, competitive, hardworking, and intelligent individual!

The job includes Production and Assembly, Customer Relations, Trade Shows, Marketing/Sales, and helping with Social Media/Website Management. This position is the Assistant to the Brand Manager, therefore, overall assistance to the Brand Manager, and Production Team will be part of your integral role with the company.

Full time ONLY, In-Person ONLY, position: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm Overtime Available.

We are a Men’s & Women’s High-End Accessory Design House, Belts, Socks and Eyewear. We create and produce the belts here in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Overview of Responsibilities:

• Day to day operations and support to Owner, Brand Manager, and Production Team
• Learning about and how to work with all materials involved
• Assisting with overall production: Machine Work (sewing, cutting, stamping, painting, etc.), Moving boxes and Leather Hides, Gluing, etc.
• Overseeing sales with current customers
• Growing sales - new accounts, new sales outlets
• Picking, packing and shipping the sales orders that customers placed
• Website Management
• Preparing for and traveling to Trade Shows
• Planning and reaching seasonal goals
• Have a sales oriented attitude

This job is hands on. You'll have the opportunity to get involved with real projects in real time and get to see how products are made from start to finish.

Low Experience Necessary: Most Important is a Willingness to Learn, a Desire to Work Hard, and Ability to Work Fast! We will teach you the rest.

MUST be well educated and well presented

The job does have physical requirements, especially with production and assembly. You must be able to work on your feet most of the day, hustle through the offices & warehouse at a fast pace, and be able to lift products such as; hides of leather and boxes of completed products etc.

Hiring is contingent on passing a drug test. Drugs (including marijuana) are NOT tolerated or accepted. Random drug tests are performed during employment.
