U.S. Bank is looking for a seasoned product manager to partner with other product managers, Business lines and Engineering teams in the build-out and adoption of Customer360 (C360) data product. The C360 product helps enable the offense and defense use cases for our business lines to derive actionable insights and better service our customers, grow the business. As a Senior Product Manager on C360, you will be responsible for leading the change management and in enabling user adoption as part of our Cloud migration journey.
In this role, you will have ownership over key initiatives in long-term product vision, feature definition, adoption enablement, and marketing of the product. The candidate must be customer obsessed and enjoy engaging with and helping users with data related needs across the organization. The candidate is expected to be comfortable working in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment with fast delivery time and data-driven decision-making. The right candidate will bring a good mix of experience with data integration technologies (ETL), Software development life cycle (SDLC) with Agile (Scrum), Kanban and other iterative project delivery methodologies in addition to product management skill set and have a roll-up-your-sleeves, entrepreneurial approach.
We are looking for a candidate with a growth mindset, thinks strategic and is passionate about the product responsibility, its build out, user adoption and has a bias for action. This leader will need to exhibit excellent judgment, prioritizing customers and between features, architectural improvements, and operational excellence. We are looking for individuals who are comfortable sharing their vision with senior leadership, but also working closely with engineering teams to dive deep into details to make ideas into reality.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role.
