Job Description:
We are currently seeking reliable and detail-oriented Cleaners to join our team in Charlotte, NC. As a Cleaner at U S A Referrals Inc, you will play a vital role in upholding our commitment to cleanliness and quality in our properties. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Performing routine cleaning tasks to maintain the appearance and cleanliness of our apartments and buildings.
• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting floors, surfaces, and furniture.
• Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, kitchens, and common areas according to established standards.
• Emptying trash receptacles and disposing of waste properly.
• Monitoring and replenishing cleaning supplies and reporting any shortages to management.
• Assisting with special cleaning projects as needed.
• Adhering to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.

Requirements:

• Prior cleaning experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train motivated individuals who demonstrate a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, and kneeling.
• Reliable transportation to and from work sites.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
