The Position

School Device Coverage, a U-PIC Insurance Services company, is seeking an experienced phone sales professional to work with school districts across the nation, providing insurance solutions that protect the display devices taken home by students for 1:1 virtual learning. iPads, Chromebooks, tablets, laptops, etc.

Though your day may not fully consist of cold calling, you must be able to pick up the phone and cold call any prospect at the drop of a hat with no fear, whether the floor is busy with commotion, or perfectly quiet. Leads will be provided. Your ability to reach out to strangers and earn their attention and interest will guarantee your success.

Some travel to trade shows around the US may be required. If you do not hold a current California Property and Casualty insurance license, we will cover your schooling.

Skills/Education/Experience:

• 2 years phone sales experience, previous experience selling to K-12 school districts is strongly preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively within all levels of the organization, both written and verbally
• Experience working with a CRM, preferably Salesforce
• High energy, high capacity, very high integrity
• Self-motivated, results-driven individual
• Must be able to cold call prospects

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
