Responsibilities:
- Perform cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
- Maintain cleanliness in common areas and high traffic areas
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Respond to customer requests and ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hotel or residential cleaning is preferred
- Knowledge of custodial and housekeeping management practices
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required
- Knowledge of commercial cleaning equipment and chemicals is a plus
