We’re in search of a hard-working team player to join us as a Landscaper Technician I. You’ll meticulously upkeep our property's grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office parking lots, and other community buildings.

Mission : Maintain Tzadik Properties landscaping and common areas to company standards for curb appeal and safety.

Compensation : $16 hourly

Responsibilities : Accountabilities :

Accountabilities :

• Perform various landscaping tasks such as mowing, edging, trimming, and weeding to maintain the appearance and health of lawns, gardens, and other outdoor spaces.
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools, ensuring they are in proper working condition and adhering to safety protocols.
• Assist in the planting of trees, shrubs, flowers, and other plants, ensuring proper spacing, depth, and care instructions are followed.
• Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides in accordance with industry regulations and safety guidelines.
• Perform landscape construction tasks such as building retaining walls, installing pathways, and creating landscape features.
• Collaborate with landscape designers and project managers to execute landscaping plans and meet client expectations.
• Monitor plant health and identify signs of pests, diseases, or other issues, taking appropriate action to remedy problems.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including proper disposal of green waste and debris.
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction with completed work.
• Other functions as assigned by Landscaper Supervisor or Field Operations Manager.

Qualifications :

Education, Training, and Qualifications

• Proven experience operating small gas-powered equipment including string trimmers, leaf blowers, and other related equipment.
• Understanding of safety practices when operating equipment.
• Experience in common planting practices.

Physical Requirements : While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to walk, stand; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear.

The employee is frequently required to stand; reach with hands and arms and stoop, squat, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Ability to work outside in all weather conditions including seasonally hot or cold temperatures and inclement weather.

The employee must frequently lift and / or move up to 50 pounds.
