Tyson Sales and Distribution, Inc. is Hiring a Remote Fleet Supervisor - Logistics (Springdale, AR Terminal Office)

Job Details: This position is responsible for leading and directing the Tyson private fleet transportation team to achieve business and financial objectives. Responsibilities include: Driver management. On time service management. Driver safety management. Driver and load problem resolution. Other duties as assigned. 3rd Shift (Nights): 6PM - 6AM. REQUIREMENTS: Education: Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience: 1 plus years transportation experience preferred. Computer Skills: Basic computer skills Microsoft Office is a plus; Tyson Business Computer Systems to include Sale Inventory, SAP, Transportation and Warehousing Systems. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and communication skills. Supervisory: Position acts as a team leader providing functional supervision for other members of the work unit such as assigning work and training lower level employees.
