Tyson Family Janitorial is a small family business expanding in the Vacation rental cleaning and Commercical space. Tyson Family Janitorial continues to grow in size and visibility and is looking for talented candidates to join our team.
Job Summary:
The ideal candidate for this position will have a general cleaning background with a strong sense of responsibility, care, and attention to detail.
Core Responsibilities:
- Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of all surfaces.
- Remove trash.
- Ensure that all restrooms are clean and orderly.
- Clean Glass in restrooms and other areas.
- Mop.
- Inspect and maintain equipment as needed.
- Communicate with the supervisor about any issues or problems that may arise.
- Complete daily logs as required by the supervisor.
- Follow written and verbal instructions given by supervisors.
- Strict adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Ability to perform job duties safely.
- Ability to stand for long periods.
- Lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications
- Experience in commercial cleaning
- Knowledge of janitorial and custodial procedures

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 30 per week
