Tyrone Party Store is a small business in Fenton, MI. We are fun, social and our goal is to Provide great customer service while keeping a safe and fun work environment.

We are looking for a friendly and reliable Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, accurately processing payments, and helping customers with their inquiries. This position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a commitment to providing a positive customer experience. The shift currently available is 4:45p-12a, please make sure one or both times work with your schedule before applying.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and answer their questions in a friendly and professional manner.
• Operate cash registers and handle cash, checks, and credit card transactions with accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Process returns and exchanges quickly and accurately.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
