SUMMARY
The F&B Inventory System Administrator will be responsible for the oversight and administration of the GCCR food and beverage inventory system (Eatec). The ideal candidate will manage the procurement of all relevant items from GCCR vendors, as well as interdepartmental product transfers, recipe and food waste management and inventory loss and shortages. He/She will be a strong ambassador to the GCCR brand, building and maintaining professional relationships between departments and GCCR vendors.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
•Enters all food and beverage related orders into Eatec in a timely and organized fashion
•Reconciles all vendor confirmations from said orders
•Generates and monitors Purchase Orders (PO’s)
•Monitors pricing and sku number fluctuations and updates as needed
•Enters all F&B recipes and “spec and builds” into Eatec
•Enters all F&B bids into Eatec for new product requests
•Manages all F&B related interdepartmental inventory and waste transfers
•Reconciles and inputs all F&B EOM final inventories
•Coordinates with Shipping & Receiving on credits, short orders and missing PO’s
•Coordinates with Garde Manger Chef and Sous Chef on all related processes, tasks and protocols
•Other duties as required
QUALIFICATIONS:
•Professional attitude; commitment to the GCCR Culinary Team and its Mission
•Minimum of 2 years’ supervisory experience in a fast-paced, high volume administrative environment (food and beverage preferred)
•Ability to communicate and lead effectively and exercise sound judgement and decision making that reflects the best interests of GCCR
•Highly organized, strong task and time management skills
•Working knowledge of basic business accounting and mathematics
•Working knowledge of Excel and spread sheet management in general
•Ability to work seamlessly between F&B, Shipping and Receiving and Accounting
•Ability to establish and maintain strong vendor relationships
•Must be a strong ambassador of the GCCR brand
•Must be 21 with a High School Diploma, some college preferred
Language Skills:
Ability to read, analyze and interpret documents, such as safety rules, operating and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and response to questions from managers, clients, customers, and the general public effectively and courteously.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Must have the ability to deal with problems, which may involve several concrete variables.
Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee must be able to communicate effectively. The individual is also regularly required to bend; stand; walk; sit; and use hand/eye coordination. The Individual must be able to lift at least 30 pounds. The individual may be required to stand for 8 hours.
