We are looking for a skilled Inside Sales Admin Support Rep to perform a variety of sales related admin tasks. Sales Admin Support Rep responsibilities include creating sales orders and issuing invoices

Responsibilities:

• Receive wholesale goods orders from Sales Managers
• Verify their legitimacy as to model and term structure
• Create Sales Orders in SAP system as to the price list and file them accordingly
• Issue invoices as to the Voucher systems in place
• Function in accordance with established standards and procedures
• Constantly update job knowledge

Requirements:

• Proven administration experience
• Familiarity with MS Office applications
• Experience in SAP is a plus, but not required
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Aptitude for numbers
• Ability to perform filing and record keeping tasks
• Data entry and word processing skills
• Well organized
• High school degree
