Requirements :

• 3 years of supervisory experience, preferably in either distribution or manufacturing
• 3 years of sit-down forklift experience
• Inventory control experience (cycle counting, physical inventory, etc.)

Essential duties and responsibilities :

• Operating your assigned forklift
• Checking in inbounds and making sure product is put away accurately
• Holding pre-shift meetings with the team to review workflow and daily volume
• Picking orders and cycle counting inventory in a 75 square-foot facility
• Coaching and mentoring team members
• Processing orders on shipping desk
• Adjusting to volume changes through labor management
• Outbound shipping of LTL orders
