Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Carpenter/Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various aspects of carpentry and construction, including electrical work, drywall installation, CNC operation, construction estimating, caulking, and more. As a Carpenter/Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting with various construction projects, fabricating materials, and ensuring the quality and safety of the work.
Responsibilities:
- Perform various carpentry tasks such as framing, siding installation, plastering, and more
- Assist with electrical work, including wiring and installation of fixtures
- Operate CNC machines to fabricate materials according to specifications
- Estimate construction projects and provide accurate cost estimates
- Apply caulking and other sealants to ensure weatherproofing
- Use hand tools and power tools to complete assigned tasks
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met
- Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter/Laborer in the construction industry
- Proficient in electrical work, drywall installation, CNC operation, construction estimating, caulking, and other carpentry skills
- Strong knowledge of hand tools and power tools used in carpentry work
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks for extended periods of time
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Note: This is a paid position. Internship positions must also be compensated.
