Do you have knowledge and experience in plumbing, painting and decorating and maintenance and repair tasks?

TXM Recruit are working in partnership with an award-winning organisation on an exciting new project based in Sussex . They are looking for experienced Mobile Handyperson to become part of an ever expanding and skilled team.

Key Responsibilities :

• Completion of PPM and reactive works activities in accordance with contract requirement
• To provide support and expertise to assist the helpdesk team and operational team.
• To supervise works carried out by specialist sub-contractors, reporting anomalies to the operational leads.
• To be aware of and have a good working understanding and practical hands-on input, in the control of legionella and associated required works

What we require?

• Proven experience in a previous or similar role in a professional Facilities Management environment - essential
• Understanding of the FM industry
• Basic plumbing and electrics tasks
• Carpentry and Painting and decorating
• Building installation and repair carpet fitting, repairing walls, gutter clearance, and drainage)
• Hold a full UK Driving licence.

Job Title : Mobile Handyperson

Salary : £14.18

Contract : 6 Months

Hours of Work : 8am 5pm (Monday to Friday)

Location : Sussex
