Entry Level - Assistant Project Mgr.

Brief Description:

TWS Fabricators, a Structural Steel Fabricator and Erector company is seeking an assistant to the Project Manager to be responsible for various administrative duties as assigned. Training will be provided for the right person. Must be reliable, have good work ethics, and be a quick learner.

Job Requirements:

• Have reliable transportation
• Attendance and punctuality – must be dependable and punctual; meet deadlines
• Bi-lingual: English/Spanish preferred
• Clear communication with clients and coworkers
• Great organizational skills
• Good work ethics
• Good office phone skills
• Excellent communication skills both written and spoken
• Proficient communication skills (emails, phones, etc.)
• Follow-up skills is a must.
• Able to pass Drug Test
• Authorized to work in the USA
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Quick learner
• Must work well independently
• Excellent computer skills is a must
• Good personal demeanor – work well with others, team player
• Multitasking and problem solving
• Construction experience a plus
• Tools, Equipment experience a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
