The new two twelve General Manager will oversee all operations. The right candidate has strong operational experience, a dedication to excellence in high end food & beverage, and a commitment to fun and thoughtful hospitality.

The concept at two twelve is centered around a custom built hearth. The open hearth will bring warmth and energy to the dining room and be the centerpiece of our kitchen. 

The restaurant will provide hearth-inspired, locally sourced, globally inspired cuisine. The menu will be creative, hyper seasonal wood fired offerings that showcase the best of products from Colorado and The Gunnison Valley. Offering stunning seafood, aged cuts of meats and incredible vegetable dishes. Beautifully crafted cocktails and iconic wines from the bar.

The interior will be completely transformed into a warm, beautiful and thoughtfully designed space centered around the custom built open hearth to give the space a unique feel.
