The position will manage the Human Resources and Payroll needs of our retail companies to include but not limited to:
*Process bi-weekly payroll for all entities accurately and efficiently
*Process and pay child support/garnishments timely
*Electronically file monthly payroll reports and pay benefits timely
*Manage the human resources/payroll software in its entirety to ensure accurate employee account profiles, and efficient processing of information
*Review payroll tax returns quarterly and annually for accuracy
*Create job requisitions, post job listings, and manage hiring needs for all locations
*Provide training and instruction to users on software functionality
*Manage employee handbook by updating and creating policies as needed
The candidate must have strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail, excellent communication skills both verbal and written, good time management and organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and payroll software programs.
