Two Roads Brewing Company is Hiring a Campus Manager Near Stratford, CT

We're looking for an all-star campus manager to join our leadership team!

Reporting to our Sr. Campus Operations Manager, the ideal candidate would embody what it means to take the road less traveled and be willing to help create the utmost experience for our guests and team members while having some fun and helping keep Two Roads a great place to visit and work!

The ideal candidate would excel in the following categories:

ANALYTICS

  • Generates closing shift reports and analytic recaps based on daily/weekly sales.
  • Requests inventory orders based on past sales data and service needs.

STAFF

  • Sets a strong example for the team by providing exceptional customer service, upholding brand standards, and pushing the boundaries of amazing service at our taprooms, food hall, golf simulator (The Tee Box), and outdoor spaces.
  • Be a presence for the staff through positive reinforcement and coaching.
  • Creates bi-weekly data driven schedules for all taproom and food hall staff ensuring proper staffing including extra event attendance and execution needs.
  • Assists in team member reviews along with corrective action plans and coaching opportunities.
  • Oversees training and implementation of new team members aligned with training objectives and brand standards.
  • Responsible for holding all staff accountable on all brand hospitality standards.

SERVICE

  • Assists in development and execution of systems and SOPs to train, develop, and improve each employee and the team as a whole.
  • Instills a focus of excellence throughout the whole team and commits to providing the absolute best customer service possible.
  • Provides quality control systems and ensures best practices are implemented and are being followed throughout bar service and food delivery systems.
  • Hosts daily pre-shift meetings with all staff across the campus to keep team members up to date on campus-wide happenings, areas for improvement, highlights of past excellence, and focused weekly objectives.
  • Develops and maintains systems for timely delivery and quality of food across campus, handles food and/or guest issues, and follows up with guests to gain vital feedback.

DAY TO DAY

  • Utilizes a keen attention to detail to ensure all service areas are set up to perfection and all team members are following brand standard guidelines during all aspects of service.
  • Places and receives orders as needed for both beer and dry goods from external suppliers in conjunction with the operations team.
  • Touches tables and gains important guest feedback on service, beer, food, etc. and utilizes each opportunity to go above and beyond to improve guest perception of the campus brand.
  • Handles all guest issues accordingly, including those within the campus taprooms, food hall, and tee box.
  • Maintains company store, dry goods, and beer inventories.
  • Works directly with the campus and events team to ensure execution on all events and various revenue generating objectives are executed to the highest standard.
  • Oversees execution of daily tasks and checklists by all service team members on campus including, but not limited to, day-to-day operations, setup and breakdown, events, etc.
  • Receives and facilitates execution and breakdown of all tasting room reservations, and large party bookings.
  • Handles execution of all tasting room events and activations.
  • Manages reservations for the Tee Box and oversees reservations for the Food Hall.
  • Ensures Tee Box checklists and opening/closing procedures are followed in full.
  • Creates incident reports as needed for guests and staff.

Must-Haves:

  • Enthusiasm for craft beer.
  • 21 years of age.
  • A customer focused Team Player.
  • Minimum of 2 years of restaurant management experience (preferred).
  • Ability to move objects (lift, push, pull, balance, carry, ascend, descend) up to 60 pounds.
