Architect -Luxury Retail

Two One Two is a nationally recognized, award-winning, Operational Architectural Design firm headquartered in New York City.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 -5 years of CD experience in National Luxury Retail
• Bachelor's degree in Design or Architecture
• Proficient in ACAD, Revit, Sketch-Up and rendering software
• Knowledge of materials, construction techniques, and building codes
• Strong knowledge of the design and architectural process
• A quick learner with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
• Strong organization, communication and relationship management skills

Responsibilities

• Due Diligence, site surveys, feasibility studies
• Complete set of comprehensive construction documents including MEP and owner vendor coordination, code compliance, quality control, etc.
• Manage and provide oversight to all third party professionals and material suppliers in in execution of retail projects.
• Coordination of permit filing and obtaining permits as needed.
• Reviewing and respond to RFI's and shop drawings as required
• Attend construction field meetings as required.
• Preparation of administrative documents including survey reports, meeting minutes, scope of work description and punch lists.
