The Cleaner position provides exceptional customer service to all Two Bettys clients. Cleaners are also responsible for providing thorough, safe, efficient, and effective cleaning using all cleaning supplies provided by Two Bettys. All Two Bettys employees are required to treat each other, management, clients, and vendors with respect. Two Bettys is committed to a workspace where individuals feel safe and that their voice is heard.
We are currently looking for folks with evening availability, to service evening clients. Mostly commercial clients, but can some times have a mix of both. Evening cleaners can work solo or in teams depending on space, time and clean the client has requested. We support our evening cleaners with a dedicated after hours support line that is monitored by our amazing quality leads. Supply closet set up, and a rotating rag drop are added to ensure our evening cleaners are set up for success!
We service our residential clients Monday-Friday 8am-6pm - No weekends! Flexible Hours! (25hr. Minimum)
& our commercial clients from 5pm-12am - Evenings and some Sunday availability is always a plus! (25hr. Minimum)
A hybrid betty would need to have a mix of both AM and PM availability. This position is perfect for those looking to have some flexible hours in their day.

This role will consist of fieldwork at clients’ homes. This role must also have the ability to commute between client locations anywhere within our service area. We currently service Minneapolis/St. Paul & the first ring of suburbs!

We offer the following positions:

Full-time Cleaner- 30 hours minimum Benefits.
Part-time Cleaner- 25 hours minimum.

Earn a living wage!

We start our cleaners at $18.50 an hour.
Increase to $22 or $23 an hour within the first year of employment.
Drive time Pay & mileage reimbursement.

WE ENCOURAGE OUR CLIENTS TO TIP OUR CLEANERS!

Requirements:

Valid Drivers License (to commute to and from client accounts).
Reliable Vehicle & Proof of Auto Insurance (to commute to and from client accounts).
Smartphone (to download scheduling & HR/Payroll applications).
House shoes- Slip-resistant encouraged.
Monday-Friday 8 am-6 pm availability (for full-time cleaners).

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds safely.
Ability to work on feet for up to 8 hours a day in a physically demanding job.
Ability to sit, stand, bend, reach, climb step stool, etc. in an 8-hour day while providing field support.
Ability to sit for long periods of time (driving/commuting) between account locations.

YOU MAY BE A GOOD FIT IF:
