Our cleaners and clients are exposed to the products we use, that's why here at Two Bettys we only use green, eco-friendly products! From our office supplies to the products we use to clean. We shop our values & support small local BIPOC businesses in our community.
No experience? No worries, We train our Bettys for a full week of training! (Training Schedule M-F 9 am-5 pm)
- Full-time Cleaner- 30 hours minimum Benefits!
- Part-time Cleaner- 25 hours minimum (Flexible Hours)
- Cover Cleaner- on-call/ covering fellow betty shifts (25 hours minimum)
- Clean client homes using techniques and products provided by Two Bettys
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times
- Keep a consistent schedule and communicate availability updates in a timely manner
- Accountable to report to a Service Manager regarding, but not limited to, schedule changes, time off requests, support and training needs, etc.
- Participate in 1:1 meetings with Service Manager
- Participate in quarterly team meetings
- Visit Refill station as scheduled (to pick-up/drop-off supplies)
- Conduct self in a professional manner at all times
- Attend company meetings, events and model Two Bettys company values and mission is expected

- We start our cleaners at $18.50 an hour.
- Increase to $22 or $23 an hour within the first year of employment!
- Valid Drivers License (to commute to and from client accounts).
- Reliable Vehicle & Proof of Auto Insurance (to commute to and from client accounts).
- Active Smartphone (to download scheduling & HR/Payroll applications).
- House shoes- Slip-resistant is encouraged.
- Monday-Friday 8 am-6 pm availability (for full-time cleaners).
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds safely
- Ability to work on feet for up to 8 hours a day in physically demanding job
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, reach, climb step stool, etc. in an 8 hour day while providing field support
- Ability to sit for long periods of time (driving/commuting) between account locations
- You want to learn techniques, and practices of professional green cleaning.
- You can provide a one-year minimum commitment.
- You have availability to work between 25-40 hours per week.
- You can meet the physical demands of a labor-intensive job day in and day out.
- You enjoy helping people and can provide a top-notch customer experience.
- You are consistent and dependable.
- You desire to work independently, but are comfortable asking for support.
