Twisted Couture, Culture, and A Little Twisted in Leavenworth, WA are hiring. We are looking for motivated and outgoing people to lead our customer service/sales position. Person must be willing to work hard, maintain a positive attitude, and willing to go above and beyond for our customers.

Retail sales experience is a must as we are looking for someone to develop new employees into effective sale associates. Candidates will start their first six months working full time on the sales floor learning and demonstrating proper selling techniques. After the demonstration of strong selling and customer service characteristics candidate will be required to leading a sales team.

Responsibilities

• Train, coach, and develop employees and team leaders
• Delegate tasks to team and provide follow-up
• Hold team accountable for their performance; provide coaching and counseling as needed
• Ensure team provides fast, friendly, and accurate service
• Ensure product quality, restaurant cleanliness, maintenance and security standards are met
• Staff and schedule appropriately to control labor costs
• Ensure proper cash handling and deposit procedures are followed
• Ensure appropriate inventory and ordering systems are in place

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with customers and co-workers
• Possess a positive attitude and ethics which support our values and culture
• Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume, clean, customer-focused restaurant
• Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $29.00 per hour
