Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Control Manager to join our team. As the Quality Control Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet the highest quality standards. This is a critical role in our organization, as it directly impacts the satisfaction of our customers.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement quality control procedures and policies
- Oversee all aspects of the quality control process, including quality inspections, testing, and documentation
- Conduct regular quality audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues, implement preventative measures and develop control plans such as inspections, first articles and process validation
- Manage the quality control team, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
-Monitor and evaluate supplier performance to ensure adherence to quality requirements

-Investigate customer complaints and implement corrective actions as necessary

-Ensure timely scheduling of raw material inspection, product inspection, auditing, and data collection.

Experience:

- Proven experience in quality control management within a manufacturing or production environment
- Strong knowledge of QA/QC principles, quality systems, and best practices
- Experience in fabricating products according to specifications and industry standards
- Proficient in conducting quality inspections and utilizing various testing methods
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify areas for improvement
