Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and preparing a variety of coffee beverages. If you have a passion for coffee and enjoy working in a kids' environment, we would love to hear from you.
Duties:
- Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, and more
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Assist with food preparation as needed
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns
- Show patience and understanding when assisting young customers.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and latte art is a plus
- Strong cash handling skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a team setting
