Twin Valley Elementary is seeking a full time guidance counselor.Responsibilities:• Conduct counseling sessions with individual students concerning academic, personal, emotional, social, classroom-related, and family-related frustrations and problems.• Meet with small groups of students to provide counseling in such areas as: developing self-confidence, understanding others, acting responsibly, making decisions, learning to resolve personal problems, and understand personal development.• Act as a resource in the referral and IEP development process and attend meetings as needed.
