In Scouting boys and girls start with their best right now selves and grow into their best future selves. It provides boys and girls in grades K-12 with opportunities to learn new Skills, make friends, character building, leadership and physical fitness.

Position Responsibilities:

• Organization and processing of member applications, registrations, merit badge counselor application s in a timely and efficient timeframe.
• New Unit Implementation - reviewing of new unit paperwork and processed in an efficient timeframe
• Support unit leader with Charter renewal
• Assist unit leaders with our unit support systems questions and concerns
• Member Ticket Lead- Review and relay messages to those who would be the staff that would be able help answer their questions within 24 hours of receiving the ticket request.
• Support units with recruitment materials when needed- Flyers, Recruitment Kits, customized materials, etc.
• Schedule/ follow up with unit requests for Membership Recruitment Pop-up, Archery ranges and Recruitment Pop-up Display Kits.
• Certificate of Insurance’s
• Event Set up /Payments thru Registration System
• Other duties assigned when needed

Skills and qualifications:

• Outstanding Customer/Member relations, friendly, personable, and professional Detail orientated, Time management skills, and Organizational Skills
• Commitment to adaptability, problem-solving, honesty ,and teamwork.
• Self-motivated, ability to juggle multiple deadlines, and work with limited supervision. Work collaboratively with a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $21.50 per hour
