Position Summary:
Assist Pharmacists in preparing and distributing drugs, maintaining the drug inventory and maintenance of records.
Training and Continued Education
Opportunities for further education and training are available to our employees.
Minimum Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be enrolled, or completed, in a Pharmacy Technician training program resulting in obtaining Pharmacy Technician license.
- Successful completion of the National Certification Examination preferred.
- Currently licensed as a Registered Pharmacy Tech in the state of Virginia.
- BLS required within 30 days of hire.
