We’re hiring an entry-level welder for a growing manufacturer in the Rogers area. In this entry-level welder position, you’ll be responsible for welding steel for various applications, using plasma tables and some metal fabrication.

Job duties of the entry-level welder :
- Complete work orders and perform specialized welding and fabricating duties for equipment repair and maintenance
- Read and understand tape measure, layout, and dimensions
- Knowledge of the metal fabrication process
- Cleaning and inspecting welding equipment and tools
- Diagnosing issues and troubleshooting as required
Requirements of the entry-level welder :
- Minimum of 1 year of welding experience
- Excellent work ethic
- Knowledge of MIG welding procedures
- Knowledge of blueprint reading
