Twin City EDM is a World Class Precision Machining & Manufacturing for the Medical and Industrial Industry. TCEDM is a family-owned business with a customer focus from prototype to production since 1959. We are looking for a technologically minded individual to add to our growing team. What you will do:

You may work on both manual and CNC sinker EDM machines, some of which are equipped with automatic tool changers to completely automate the process. Automation helps to ensure the consistency of each component making the process more efficient and faster than manual intervention. We make our electrodes in house so we can control the process. In Sinker EDM you will work with specialized cutting of difficult to machine materials with high accuracy.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in Sinker EDM.
• Lead/ manager experience preferred.
• Proficient with sinker EDM machine set up and maintenance.
• Able to work with tool room areas and lead team members in a team-like spirit.
• High School Diploma/ GED.
• Machining Trade School Certificate recommended.
• Machine hand tools for measurement required.
• Experience in part print reading required.
• Knowledge/ experience in Hole Pop and Graphite is a plus!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
