Role and Responsibilities:

  • Monitor P&L within the defined geographic area, understand trends and deviations from the norm, and how to correct negative occurrences.
  • Work with Field Operations Managers to effectively analyze and understand their P&L reports Collaborate with Managers to develop and adhere to a sustainable budget.
  • Work with the Finance Group to ensure P&L accuracy.
  • Provide leadership and accountability to a team of employees in various departments within a defined geographic area.
  • Ensures a safe work environment compliant with state and federal DOT/OSHA standards in all locations.
  • Drive Sales, Profitability, and Gross Margin Growth
  • Instills a culture of delivering extraordinary customer service, self-accountability, and constant improvement.
  • Develop employees at all levels to ensure the region's bench strength
  • Accountable to ensure that trends of underperformance are formally addressed, with clear and documented performance improvement plans
  • Responsible for consistently and effectively communicating the company objectives to the senior leadership team through organized and scheduled conference calls and email communication
  • Leads the Safety Culture by example and develops processes to ensure constant process improvement.
  • Ensure company operational model compliance as well as customer compliance.
  • Flexibility to travel to various sites within a defined geographic area.
  • Monitors service levels at all jobs.
  • Communicates with customers as needed to ensure transparency and maintain a positive experience.
  • Identifies new business opportunities within a defined geographic area.
  • Partner with HR to develop strategies to reduce turnover and increase employee retention. Complete all required paperwork on time to ensure compliance with the company's policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • At least 10 years' experience leading service operations and responsible for results of multi-location operations and team development
  • Must have strong leadership and decision-making skills, including hiring, coaching, counseling, training, and mentoring employees.
  • Desire to surround customers with service excellence.
  • High aptitude for technology
  • Detail oriented
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written, listening, and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Xactimate.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM or other client relationship management software preferred.


Physical Requirements

  • Ability to work on a computer and stare at a monitor screen for long periods
