Busy oral surgery office in west metro looking for a highly energetic, organized, and detailed-oriented receptionist to join our team.
Must be dependable and have the ability to multi-task. Our candidate must have excellent customer service skills with proficiency in verbal and written communication.
Job duties include:
· Greeting, scheduling, and reviewing financial arrangements with patients
· Answer basic questions relating to oral surgery procedures & billing
· Collecting payments/posting funds into patient accounts
· Billing oral surgery procedure codes for insurance claim submission
· Generating consent forms for procedures
· General office duties – faxing, copying, emailing, scanning, filing, etc.
Dental office experience preferred.
