Twin Cities Inflatables is hiring! We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and leaves a positive impression with customers. As a Party Rental Specialist, you will be going to our customers' locations and delivering the requested various products we offer. I.e., Inflatables, Tables, Chairs, Tents, and the like. TCI offers full-service delivery which includes carrying the items to and from the requested location, various extra setup/tear down, sanitation of product, and basic assembly of items as needed. With this you will also obtain warehouse management experience ensuring the inventory is setup and ready for the next day and weeks ahead.

· Daily Duties: Loading trailer, delivering and setting up product, cleaning and sanitizing product.

· Flexible schedule following seasonal business. Paid breaks.

· You can expect to learn a variety of skills on this job like how to drive a truck and trailer, tent construction, various maintenance on different equipment, communication skills with customers and more.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

-Valid Driver’s License
-DOT Medical Card (reimbursement available for obtaining successfully*)
-High School Diploma
-Must be able to work weekends. Workdays can be 10-12 hours during busy season. Over-time after 40 hours.
-Heavy lifting on a daily basis. Average inflatable weight is 300lbs. Hand trucks/winches available.

*DOT Medical Card cost reimbursed after 80 hours worked.

Forklift certified or willing to be certified.

Mileage reimbursement if you drive your own truck.
