Responsibilities:
- Listen to customer concerns and accurately document them
- Write service orders and provide estimates for repairs or maintenance
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of work
- Communicate with customers regarding the status of their vehicles
- Process payments and handle transactions
- Maintain accurate records of service history and repairs

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a service writer or in a related role preferred
- Knowledge of motorcycle services and repairs preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient computer skills for data entry and record keeping
