Twin Cities Habitat for Humanity is Hiring a Funding Associate Near Paul, MN

The Funding Associate helps to ensure organizational compliance by tracking public and privatefunder requirements, maintaining systems information and providing information for closings and portfolio meetings.

Required qualifications to be a Funding Associate

  • Education, credentials, and experience:
    • High School diploma or GED plus 1 year of experience in grant writing, administration, compliance, monitoring, and/or reporting.
  • Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies:

    • Communication: Delivers clear, effective communication and takes responsibility for understanding others.
    • Attention to Detail: Ensures information is complete and accurate and follows up to ensure that agreements and commitments have been fulfilled.
    • Teamwork: Works with and helps others to accomplish objectives.

Preferred Qualifications:

Education, credentials, and experience:

  • BS or BA degree in Housing Studies, Urban Studies, Geography, Political Science, Non-Profit Management, Project Management or related field, or commensurate experience in one or more of these areas.
