Twilight Gardens Nursing and Rehabilitation is in need of a full-time receptionist. To be successful in this role the candidate must be overall have good communication skills, take initiative, have good problem solving skills, and the ability to professionally take calls, transfer calls, and take messages. This is an hourly position, pay based off experience ,with the hours of Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm.

Duties of Position

• Greets people
• Answer the phones
• Clerical duties

Responsibilities of Position

• Greet visitors in a professional and hospitable manner and provide assistance
• Types memos, correspondences, agendas and reports as required
• Maintains files for the branch
• Assists the HR and Clinical Department
• Receives, sorts, and opens mail
• Does photocopying and scanning as require
