Environmental Health and Safety Manager Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and routine audits
• Manage and renew necessary permits and licenses
• Prepare and submit regulatory reports timely
• Develop and oversee pollution prevention strategies
• Supervise waste treatment systems for optimal performance
• Train staff on environmental policies and emergency responses
• Coordinate emergency preparedness and response training

Environmental Health and Safety Manager Qualifications

• Environmental management experience required
• Experience in electroplating, oil, pharmaceutical, chemical, or refinery sectors required
• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field required
• In-depth knowledge of local, state, and federal environmental regulations required
