Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with clients to understand their landscaping needs, preferences, and budgetary constraints.

· Design and plan landscape layouts, considering aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability.

· Execute landscape construction projects, including grading, planting, hardscaping, and irrigation system installation.

· Perform residential lawn care tasks such as mowing, edging, trimming, and fertilizing.

· Install landscape lighting systems and construct retaining walls to enhance outdoor spaces.

· Manage landscape maintenance activities, including pruning, weeding, mulching, and seasonal clean-ups.

· Provide guidance to landscaping crew members and ensure high-quality workmanship.

· Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and address concerns.

Requirements:

· Previous experience as a Landscaper or similar role preferred.

· Ability to work weekdays from 6am to 3pm, with some Saturdays possible.

· Dependable, with a strong work ethic and the ability to follow instructions.

· Honest and reliable, with excellent problem-solving skills.

· Physically fit and able to perform tasks that require lifting, bending, and operating equipment.

· Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
