Forklift Driver / Material Handler (Hot Shot Driver) Spring Hill, TN We're seeking a motivated Material Handler who will operate a box truck as a Hot Shot Driver when necessary.

You'll be responsible for performing essential warehouse tasks such as sequencing while using RF scanning equipment, baling, and operating our box truck for hotshot part delivery when necessary.

Driving : As needed : Operate the company box truck to make hotshot deliveries safely and efficiently.Warehousing : Perform various tasks within the warehouse,including inspecting incoming and outgoing goods,accurately completing paperwork,and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Forklift Operating : Operate material handling equipment (Forklift) to maneuver product, racks, containers, pallet, crates and various other items.

Safety : Practice safety procedures,maintain a high safety regard,and wear required PPE in both the warehouse and while driving.

Quality : Adhere to all quality and customer service standards.

5S : Perform all required tasks that support a safe, clean and organized environment.

Adaptability : Be prepared to perform other related duties as assigned by supervisors.

Competencies Attention to Detail : Ensure accuracy in both driving and warehouse tasks.Communication Proficiency : Clearly communicate with colleagues,warehouse personnel,and customers.

Technical Capacity : Ability to operate a box truck and material handling equipment safely and efficiently.Teamwork Orientation : Work collaboratively with colleagues in the warehouse.

Decision Making : Demonstrate sound judgment while driving and performing warehouse tasks.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.

The employee regularly sits on a powered forklift and is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel;

and reach with hands and arms.

The associate may occasionally be required to lift 51 pounds, anything greater than 51 pounds requires assistance.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.

Work Environment This job is performed in a warehouse environment that has high forklift traffic and is subject to seasonal temperatures (warehouse is not temperature controlled).

Position Type / Expected Hours of Work Full Time, Non-Exempt.

Schedule flexibility for extended or unplanned work hours is required.

The Hot Shot Driver role is "as needed, as required," and will require regular warehouse tasks when not driving.

Travel No travel between locations is required.

Education and Experience High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.Valid Tennessee Class D driver's license required.Approval by the company insurance carrier.

Successful completion of a ride-along with the company.
